Get ready to sit back, relax, and enjoy the show (from home)! Manhattan at the Bay has been a dazzling and exciting tradition that happens Bay View every spring! For the last thirty- eight years, the Bay View Players have brought countless stories, songs, and characters to life on the stage. There is always an exciting buzz around Bay View during “Cabaret season,” and this year is no exception.

As the saying goes, it takes a village. Cabaret has always been challenging, but the result is always well worth the dedicated work. When talented people come together to create something magical, there is an energy that electrifies everyone involved. The powerful team that is Mrs. Christine Kavanagh and Miss Diane Gualtieri come together to create a phenomenal performance. When the musicality of Miss Gualtieri and Mrs. Kavanagh’s creative ingenuity come together, an unforgettable experience is born.

Being a performer has gifted me with so many incredible life lessons and opportunities. I have made some of my closest friends through the performing arts at Bay View, especially during Cabaret season. The amount of effort and dedication that is put in by the musicians, stage crew, and performers is unimaginable. Each and every person involved puts passion and heart into their craft, bonding with each other and establishing a connection with the audience. We hope that you’ll join us for a virtual showing of ‘Cabaret 38: The Rehearsal’ this spring!
