Bay View Basketball Academy Registration

 

Registration Instructions

Below you will find the camp registration, payment and waiver release forms. All forms must be filled out and sent in at the time of payment. Registration is not considered complete until all forms are received, this includes the waiver release form. 

Please note: If you are signing up more than one camper, you will need to fill out a seperate form for that camper. Each camper needs to have their own registration, payment and waiver form.

Basketball Camp Cost:

Register before 5/1 and get a $25 discount!

  • General Public: $300/per camper before 5/1
  • BVA Student: $275/per camper before 5/1

After 5/1

  • General Public $325/per camper
  • BVA Student $300/per camper

Early Drop off

  • General public $10/per day
  • BVA Student - fee waived

In the payment form below you will see an option for General Public with early drop off. Early drop off is $10/day. If you would like to drop off your daughter between
7-8 AM, please select this option. If you will not be dropping off your daughter early for 5 consecutive and need a per/day rate, please contact us directly at 401-434-0113 ext. 162. The early drop off fee is waived for Bay View students, if you are a Bay View student please select the $275 option.
