Helping to Make the Holidays Bright

During the months of November and December students at St. Mary Academy - Bay View got into the Christmas spirit by organizing a number of drives and fundraisers to help those less fortunate in our area.

As part of their Advent Giving project, our Lower School students donated pajamas, socks, and underwear to the children of McAuley Village. In addition, Bay View teamed up with Project Undercover to provide socks for young children living in poverty throughout RI. Thanks to Project Undercover, over 20,000 local children will be provided this year alone!

In our Upper School, the annual Holiday Toy Drive, sponsored by the National Honor Society, was a huge success! Boxes full of toys and games were dropped off to the Warwick Police Department for distribution to local children.

We are always so grateful for the Bay View community coming together to support this act of Mercy for children in our community that are less fortunate.
