The 3rd Annual Rhode Island Scholar Athlete Awards, presented by Bank Newport and OceanPoint Insurance, was held on Sunday, June 11th at the Crowne Plaza in Warwick. 75 students from 13 high schools from across Rhode Island was awarded during the annual awards dinner. New England's former defensive captain and 2-time Pro Bowler, Jerod Mayo, was the Keynote Speaker for the evening.
